7-Day Return and Refund Policy
You may request a return for any reason within 7 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Change-of-Mind Returns
The product must be unused, unwashed, clean, and in resalable condition. All original retail packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and included items must be complete and undamaged. Opening the outer shipping package to inspect the product does not by itself make the product ineligible. Pet products showing hair, odor, dirt, washing, alteration, or wear may not be accepted as change-of-mind returns.
These packaging and condition requirements do not limit your rights if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, materially different from its description, or the wrong item was sent. Any mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer law continue to apply.

After approval, send the return to: Kinstroll Returns, Nanchang Changbei International Airport (KHN), Nanchang, Jiangxi 330100, China. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any original shipping charge is non-refundable. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, materially misdescribed, or incorrect, Kinstroll will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or reasonable return-shipping solution.
Refunds
We will inspect the returned product and notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued promptly to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Order Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. If the order has already been handed to the carrier, the standard return process applies. If an unshipped order is cancelled, the amount paid for that order will be refunded.
Local Consumer Rights
If the law that applies to your purchase provides a longer return period or stronger remedies, those mandatory rights take priority over this policy.
