These Terms of Service govern your use of kinstroll.com and purchases made from Kinstroll. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. These terms do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or use the store with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, commit fraud, or infringe intellectual-property or other legal rights.

Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, images, colors, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations can affect appearance. If a product is materially different from its description, your rights under our Refund Policy and applicable law remain available.

Pet Safety

Kinstroll products are general pet-care and mobility-support products. They are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice. Choose the correct size, follow product instructions, supervise use, and discontinue use if your pet shows pain, irritation, breathing difficulty, or distress. Consult a veterinarian if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your pet.

Orders, Prices, and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is shown. Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, and other applicable costs are displayed at checkout when available or may be collected by local authorities. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If Kinstroll cancels a paid order before shipment, the amount charged for that order will be refunded promptly.

Shipping

Orders are normally processed and handed to YunExpress on the same business day or the next business day after payment confirmation. Estimated YunExpress transit time is 6–12 business days after carrier acceptance. Full conditions, tracking information, and delay rights are stated in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 7 calendar days after delivery when the product and original packaging are complete and the product is unused and resalable. Defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect goods remain subject to applicable legal remedies. Full conditions are stated in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Store text, branding, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Kinstroll. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-Party Services

The store may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, analytics services, and delivery carriers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinstroll is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, statutory warranties, or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
