Choose the right height

Measure from the floor to the top of the mattress or seat cushion, then choose the closest stair height. A good match creates a more natural transition between the top step and the furniture.

Gentle Slope: Rounded transitions create a smoother climbing path. Available in Smoke Gray, Khaki, Lime Green, and Sky Blue, with 2-, 3-, and 4-step options.

Classic Steps: A familiar three-step shape for low beds and sofas. Available in Gray, Black, and White with Firm (30D) foam.

Foam density describes firmness, not maximum weight capacity. The supplier has not provided a laboratory-tested weight limit. For a larger or heavier dog, choose Firm (30D) and supervise the first few uses.

Setup and care

1. Open the package promptly and place the stairs on a flat surface while the foam regains its shape.
2. Position the stairs flush against the furniture on a dry, level, non-slip floor.
3. Guide your dog slowly with encouragement and supervise until they are comfortable going both up and down.
4. Follow the cover’s care label and air-dry it completely before placing it back on the foam.

Will the stairs arrive at full size?

They ship compressed. Allow the foam time to regain its full shape before use; Soft (22D) foam may need about 24 hours.

Can the cover be washed?

Yes. Remove the cover and follow its care label. Let it dry completely before reinstalling it.

Will the stairs slide?

The base is designed to add grip on a dry, level floor. Floor finishes and activity levels vary, so check placement regularly and supervise your dog during use.

Use indoors as a supervised mobility aid. Make sure the stairs are fully expanded, stable, and flush with the furniture before each use. This product is not a medical device.
