Everyday help without taking over

The harness is designed to help you add only the support your dog needs. Whenever possible, keep all four paws in contact with the ground and let your dog set a comfortable pace.

Measure first for the best fit

Weight is a useful starting point, but body measurements provide the best fit. Measure your dog while standing naturally. If the measurements fall into different sizes, contact us before ordering.

How to measure

  • Chest: Measure around the widest part of the rib cage, just behind the front legs.
  • Hips: Measure around the widest part of the rear body.
  • Back length: Measure along the back between the front and rear support points shown in the guide.
  • Belly panel: Measure the underside length between the front and rear leg openings.

How to fit and use

  1. Open the closures and place the harness around your dog according to the fit guide.
  2. Adjust each section until the harness is snug, centered, and lying flat without restricting breathing or movement.
  3. Apply only enough upward support to assist the movement.
  4. Keep all four paws in contact with the ground whenever possible.
  5. Use during supervised activity and check the fit regularly.

Which support harness is right for my dog?

Choose the Full-Body Mobility Support Harness when your dog needs balanced assistance across both the front and rear body. Choose the Kinstroll Rear Support Harness when weakness is mainly around the hips and hind legs.

Good to know

Can I fully carry my dog with this harness?

No. It is designed for supervised mobility assistance, not suspension or full-body carrying.

What if my dog falls between sizes?

Compare all body measurements rather than relying only on weight. Contact us before ordering if different measurements point to different sizes.

Can it be used during recovery?

It may be used for supervised mobility assistance when appropriate for your dog. Follow your veterinarian’s guidance after an injury or procedure.

Safe use

Do not suspend or fully carry your dog with the harness. Stop use if you notice rubbing, pain, breathing changes, distress, or unusual movement. Contact a veterinarian if weakness or mobility changes appear suddenly.

Choose by the difficult moment

The right tool depends on the movement.

01

Assisted movement

Choose full-body support when rising, toileting or short caregiver-controlled movement is the hard moment.

02

Indoor traction

Choose paw grip support when smooth floors cause sliding; confirm pad size before ordering.

03

Bed & sofa access

Choose foam steps after measuring furniture height and the available floor space.

04

Comfort check

Introduce slowly, supervise use and stop if your dog shows rubbing, distress or restricted movement.

Selection comes before checkout

Review the guide for this exact product.

Harnesses, paw grip pads and foam steps use different selection criteria. The full product details above contain the relevant chart and configuration notes.

1

Product-specific measurements

Use the exact chart shown above; weight alone is not enough for the harness or paw pads.

2

Home setup

For traction and steps, check the floor surface, furniture height and available space.

3

Supervised comfort check

Start with a short session and watch balance, skin contact and ease of movement.

Use the product-specific guide Do not assume one sizing method applies across the collection. If your dog is between choices or mobility has recently changed, pause and ask your veterinarian for guidance.

Care, without overpromising

Comfort is the clearest signal.

These are assistive products for caregiver-supervised routines. They do not treat a medical condition or prevent every fall.

Fit before forceSupport should feel secure without pinching, rubbing or restricting natural movement.
Start slowlyIntroduce new support in short, calm and supervised sessions.
Observe changesStop if you notice distress and speak with your veterinarian when mobility changes.

Product care

Use it with confidence.

How do I choose the right option?

Use the exact size chart or configuration guide in the product details above. Check all relevant measurements and the intended home setup before ordering.

How should I clean it?

Follow the care instructions for this exact product. Materials differ, so do not assume every mobility aid is machine washable.

Can my dog use it without supervision?

No. Supervise use, check contact areas and stability, and stop if your dog appears uncomfortable or less steady.
