Product details, sizing & use

More confidence on slippery floors—one step at a time.

Kinstroll Indoor Paw Grip Pads add short-term traction to the main paw pads, helping senior dogs feel steadier on smooth indoor wood, tile, and laminate floors. Each retail pack contains four adhesive grips.

At a glance

  • Made for smooth indoor floors.
  • Thin, flexible design applies directly to the main paw pad.
  • Seven sizes help create a closer fit.
  • Easy peel-and-press application.
  • Four adhesive grips per retail pack.

For the places they walk every day

Smooth floors can make ordinary trips to the water bowl, bed, or favorite room feel uncertain. Paw Grip Pads create added surface grip without covering the entire paw, giving your dog short-term indoor traction where they need it most.

Best for

  • Senior dogs that slip on smooth indoor flooring.
  • Short-term traction around the home.
  • Wood, tile, and laminate floors.
  • Dogs comfortable wearing an adhesive paw product.

Not suitable for

  • Cuts, wounds, infection, or irritated skin.
  • Outdoor walking, wet surfaces, or bathing.
  • Use as a wound dressing or medical treatment.
  • Unsupervised wear, especially if your dog chews at the grips.

Measure the main paw pad

Measure the widest and longest part of the main paw pad—not the toes or surrounding fur. Choose the closest size that stays within the pad and does not cover the toes.

Size Pad width × length
XS 1.06 × 1.18 in / 2.7 × 3.0 cm
S 1.30 × 1.57 in / 3.3 × 4.0 cm
M 1.50 × 1.77 in / 3.8 × 4.5 cm
L 1.69 × 1.97 in / 4.3 × 5.0 cm
XL 1.97 × 2.24 in / 5.0 × 5.7 cm
XXL 2.48 × 2.76 in / 6.3 × 7.0 cm
XXXL 3.07 × 3.39 in / 7.8 × 8.6 cm

Manual measurement tolerance: approximately 0.04–0.12 in / 1–3 mm.

How to apply

  1. Trim excess fur around the main paw pad if needed.
  2. Clean the paw pad and let it dry completely.
  3. Peel off the backing, center the grip within the main pad, and press firmly.
  4. Let your dog take a few supervised steps and check that the grip does not affect the toes or gait.
  5. Remove the pad if you notice chewing, irritation, lifting edges, or changed movement.

Good to know

How long will each grip stay on?

Wear time varies with activity, moisture, fur, skin oils, and application. Check every grip regularly and replace it when it begins to lift or wear.

Can my dog wear them outside?

No. They are intended for dry indoor flooring only.

How should I remove them?

Peel slowly and gently. Stop if your dog appears uncomfortable or the skin looks irritated.

Safe use

Apply only to clean, healthy, dry paw pads. Do not use over cuts, infection, or irritation. Supervise your dog and discontinue use if you notice chewing, redness, discomfort, or a changed gait. This product is not a medical treatment.

Choose by the difficult moment

The right tool depends on the movement.

01

Assisted movement

Choose full-body support when rising, toileting or short caregiver-controlled movement is the hard moment.

02

Indoor traction

Choose paw grip support when smooth floors cause sliding; confirm pad size before ordering.

03

Bed & sofa access

Choose foam steps after measuring furniture height and the available floor space.

04

Comfort check

Introduce slowly, supervise use and stop if your dog shows rubbing, distress or restricted movement.

Selection comes before checkout

Review the guide for this exact product.

Harnesses, paw grip pads and foam steps use different selection criteria. The full product details above contain the relevant chart and configuration notes.

1

Product-specific measurements

Use the exact chart shown above; weight alone is not enough for the harness or paw pads.

2

Home setup

For traction and steps, check the floor surface, furniture height and available space.

3

Supervised comfort check

Start with a short session and watch balance, skin contact and ease of movement.

Use the product-specific guide Do not assume one sizing method applies across the collection. If your dog is between choices or mobility has recently changed, pause and ask your veterinarian for guidance.

Care, without overpromising

Comfort is the clearest signal.

These are assistive products for caregiver-supervised routines. They do not treat a medical condition or prevent every fall.

Fit before forceSupport should feel secure without pinching, rubbing or restricting natural movement.

Use it with confidence.

How do I choose the right option?

Use the exact size chart or configuration guide in the product details above. Check all relevant measurements and the intended home setup before ordering.

How should I clean it?

Follow the care instructions for this exact product. Materials differ, so do not assume every mobility aid is machine washable.

Can my dog use it without supervision?

No. Supervise use, check contact areas and stability, and stop if your dog appears uncomfortable or less steady.
