Before you buy

No reviews yet - and we are not going to fake any.

Kinstroll is a small, new shop. We will not borrow reviews from other sellers or write our own, so this space stays empty until real customers have used the product. Until then, here is the honest help we can offer before you order.

  • Get a human fit check

Tell us your dog’s measurements and the part of the day that got harder — we reply with the option we would pick, or tell you honestly if it is not the right fit.

    Ask about fit

  • Measure before you order

Fit is the most common reason a first order doesn’t work out. Check the size table on this page before you buy, or ask us and we will check it with you.

    Send us your measurements

  • Shipping & after-sales

Ships to the U.S., free on orders over $49. If something isn’t right when it arrives, contact us and we will work it out with you — our refund policy is linked below, in plain words.

    Read our policies

Reviews appear in this spot the moment a real customer leaves one. We do not borrow reviews from other sellers and we do not write our own.
